Diss Track Music Video Posted and Reuploaded After Privacy Takedown
On or before August 4, 2023, Brittany Courville published a short-form “diss track” video on YouTube that featured lyrics targeting me personally and included unauthorized real-world footage of me taken outside the Stanley Mosk Courthouse on November 12, 2021 — the day Britney Spears’ conservatorship was terminated.
The footage included her fiancé, Prem Benipal, approaching me during my Instagram livestream. While this occurred in a public setting, he followed me throughout the day, including into a courthouse restroom where I believe he filmed me without my consent. I have no proof of the restroom incident but included this detail for context.
I filed a privacy complaint with YouTube, and the video was removed. The original link was:
